Reuben Mutegi
Reuben is a Lecturer of Educational Planning and Economics of Education, School of Education, University of Nairobi. He holds a Doctorate in Educational Planning and a Master’s degree in Educational Planning and Economics of Education from the University of Nairobi. He has research bias in areas relating to education and health policies, impact evaluation, M&E, labour dynamics, inequality, intergenerational accounting and demographic dividends. He is a team member of National Transfer Account and Counting Women’s Work global research project. He previously worked at the United States International University, Africa and currently is a member of the East Africa node of the African Centre of Excellence for Inequality Research, working on an inequality trends and diagnostic in Kenya as well as the impact of fiscal policy on inequality and poverty in Kenya.
